MOBILITY COMPANIES COMMITTED TO THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF THEIR BUILDINGS, WITH THE SUPPORT OF MOBILIANS AND SOBRE ENERGIE
Mobilians , a professional organization of mobility companies, and Sobre Energie, a service company for the energy efficiency of buildings, have been mobilized for 6 months to support members of the sector towards the energy efficiency of their buildings by helping them in particular to be meeting for the first milestone of the “Eco Energy Tertiary* System, for September 30, 2022.
Support the implementation of the “Tertiary Eco Energy*” System for Mobility companies
This strong commitment of automotive distribution and service companies in France to sobriety was reflected during the first half of 2022 by a rich program of meetings dedicated to the energy transition:
- “Operate” webinars to integrate the regulatory approach relating to tertiary buildings* and help members create their account on the Ademe platform
- “Energy Strategy” webinars to help members build a strategy to reduce the consumption of their buildings in the short and medium term
- FAQ dedicated to the specific challenges of mobility companies (dealers, bodybuilders, garages, rental companies or even multi-brand automobile after-sales service companies)
Since May, Sobre Energie experts have supported more than 250 Mobilians members , participants in these events, in the implementation of their regulatory approach relating to tertiary buildings.
“The mobility sector is on the move and will meet this major and complex challenge, thanks in particular to this partnership between Mobilians and the building experts from Sobre Energie ,” says Francis Bartholomé, President of Mobilians. “This is a strong commitment to sobriety on the part of a sector representing 160,000 businesses across the country. »
One month before the first regulatory deadline for the “Eco Energy Tertiary*” System, Mobilians and Sobre Energie remain mobilized. Two thirds of the participating members, the majority of whom are small and medium-sized businesses, are still in the process of carrying out their approach, sometimes waiting for precise figures on the target consumption reduction objectives to be achieved, objectives which are still not published to date by the Ministry of Ecological Transition.
A long-term sobriety approach
“Planning a trajectory to reduce energy consumption for 2030 and then until 2050 is a necessity, even greater in the current context of tension on supply and on price underlines Ayrald Berthod, general director of Sobre Énergie. “In this new approach, mobility companies need to be supported by experts, in the short term for this first regulatory deadline, then in the long term to implement and monitor their actions to reduce building consumption. »
Mobilians is preparing the future of the sector, and anticipating the movements at work in terms of energy transition and sustainable development. Thus, the mobility sector, a strategic sector in the context of the low-carbon transition, continues its commitment in this direction, thanks in particular to the partnership between Mobilians and Sobre Energie.
