“green ocean” under the conditions of an integrated approach

The partner companies are convinced that an integrated approach makes the generalization of GTB Light viable for buildings of 1,000 to 5,000 m². Currently, only 6% of tertiary buildings of more than 1,000 m² are equipped with consumption management systems, and this figure falls to less than 1% for buildings of 1,000 to 5,000 m², according to a study by Xerfi.

By automating the reduction of electricity consumption during peaks, these systems could mobilize up to 6 GW during peak periods. This approach would allow buildings to contribute to the sobriety and flexibility of the network, thus opening the way to a veritable “green” ocean of energy savings.

Faced with the requirements of the energy transition and the reinforced regulations of the BACS decree, GTB Light stands out with a financially accessible approach:

• Study and sizing : Sobre Energie provides its energy expertise with a preliminary sizing study, ensuring a solution adapted to each site.

• Technical proposal and financing : GTB Light uses radio protocols, reducing installation and maintenance costs by up to 45% compared to traditional wired systems. As a minimum class B solution, it allows you to benefit from Energy Savings Certificates (CEE) to finance the installation, with the support of Economie d'Energie, CEE delegatee of the La Poste group.

• Support and supervision : Energy management provided by Sobre Energie, with integrated supervision, allowing flexible management of lighting, ventilation, heating systems, and more.
