The objective? Simplify building management and monitoring. How does it work?
Personalized monthly reporting and alerts
1. On the scale of a park
Reporting on site performance is delivered monthly, with visual indicators for quick reading (green for improvements, red for alerts): compared to the month of the previous year
- Comparison of consumption for the month compared to the month of the previous year
- Comparison of consumption of year N compared to year N-1
- Rapid identification of sites having reached the -10% consumption
For parks with more than 30 sites , this reporting is presented in the form of an aggregated report with a table. Reporting helps to respond to regulatory compliance issues such as the tertiary decree by following its trajectory.
2. At the scale of a building
Sobre Energie sets up an alert in the event of a risk of exceeding the subscribed electrical power . The notification is sent as soon as a site reaches the threshold of 95% of its subscribed power.
The added value: be notified immediately to anticipate and avoid additional costs or penalties from your electricity supplier.
The user of the Data MARC platform can then implement actions to optimize their energy consumption, with the expert advice of our energy managers, or contact their supplier to modify the contract and better adapt it to the consumption profile of his building.
Anticipate thanks to alerts, but also inform decisions with refined monitoring of consumption.
New module “My sub-counters”
The new “My sub-meters” module allows you to monitor energy data at 3 levels:
- Distribution of consumption by sub-metered area
- Visualization by personalized range at the hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or annual grid
- Comparison of surface consumption in kWh/m² with a top/flop 3 by zone
The key: decision support to establish an energy performance hierarchy and prioritize your corrective actions to be implemented. Taking the example of the implementation of a light GTB, a judicious operating action to meet the BACS deadline.
