• If there is a building of more than 1000m² at the service station: this is subject to regulation and we aggregate the energy consumption of the entire surface of the station (parking and pumps)
• If there is a building of less than 1000m² built on the service station, no surface area is subject.
• If there is no building and the service station is less than 1000m² it is not subject to

Concerning heavy goods vehicle washing halls:

If the washing hall is part of a larger building (minimum 1000m²) this area is subject.
