The principle? Energy suppliers must encourage their customers to be more sober by financing thermal renovation work, such as changing boilers or installing thermostats for example.
In the long term, to carry out heavy energy renovation work to achieve at least a 30% gain, you can apply for an AMBRE loan . This type of loan is granted by the Banque des Territories for a period of 20 to 40 years maximum.
