My Eco-Performance: How does it work?
Phase 1: My eco-projection
Plan your work and project your energy savings
This module allows you to simulate work from your digital audits and observe the direct impact on your future consumption, in euros and in KWh.
A clear projection, month a month
After selecting a type of work and a date of realization, you are visualizing:
- Consumption without work (in dark green)
- Consumption after work (in light green)
- The date of simulated implementation (indicated by a red triangle)
An indicator also displays cumulative consumption over the selected period, adjustable via a time filter.
Simulate several scenarios
You can plan up to three work deadlines, to compare different intervention strategies.
Phase 2: My eco-analysis
Check if your theoretical savings become reality
With my eco-analysis, you precisely follow the real performance of your energy improvement work. The objective: to know if the projected savings result in concrete gains month after month.
The module compares three curves:
- Consumption without work (inaction scenario)
- Projected consumption with work (theoretical gain)
- Actual consumption measured in the field (in blue)
You also visualize the performance gap (in red) between what you had to save and what you really saved.
History of the work and accumulated indicators
The work carried out is recalled automatically from the eco-parameter module, and an indicator allows you to follow total consumption over the chosen period.

This monitoring is based on a measurement plan & verification in accordance with the IPMVP method, deployed by sober energy experts.

Phase 3: My eco-parammeters
Personalize the key settings of your energy project
This module allows you to define the essential parameters of your energy renovation project. It is an important initial step to ensure coherent follow -up and adapted to your site.
Available settings:
- Works carried out : Enter the interventions already carried out on the site. These data automatically feed the analysis modules.
- Performance objectives : Define your targets for consuming consumption associated with the work undertaken.
- Compensation & interest : Inform the clauses provided for in your energy performance contract (CPE), to automate the calculation of the amounts due in the case of a sub or outperformance.
- Fluid price : refine your financial report by entering your own prices (by default, those from audits are used).
Site use
Add specific parameters (occupations, process, etc.) to improve the modeling of your consumption beyond climatic data.
