Reduce the energy expenditure of a building without work, while improving the comfort of the occupants.
Solution :
Sobre Energy installed 7 sensors to go up the room data (presence, brightness, humidity and temperature). How to improve the energy efficiency of the center in order to reduce financial costs, improve the energy performance of buildings and reduce the carbon footprint of the park, in a context of modernization of old installations over 20 years old?
Solution :
Our teams recommended the replacement of a gas boiler over 20 years old with a 200 kW heat pump, more efficient and low carbon, integrated into a short and long -term global action plan. This more ecological and more efficient solution exploits a source of renewable energy, reduces dependence on fossil fuels and guarantees compliance with current environmental standards.

Problematic :
How to support a park of 40 buildings in achieving the objectives of the Tertiary Eco-Energy Decree, targeting the most energy-consuming sites and prioritizing the actions to be taken?
Solution :
Sobre Energy produced an inventory of the park by collecting all the consumption data of buildings and by declaring the functional entities which were subject to the Operat platform of Ademe.
To achieve the reduction objectives, Sobre Energy has identified the most energy -consuming and therefore priority buildings of actions to create dedicated action plans aimed at achieving the reduction objectives by 2030, 2040 and 2050
