Problematic :
How to structure an energy renovation approach for 27 old school groups, while prioritizing the interventions on the most energy -consuming buildings and relying on an effective steering tool?
Solution :
The City of Cergy has set up a real estate and energy master plan (SDIE) to analyze the park consumption, identify 7 priority buildings, and launch targeted audits made by Sobre Energy. The project, controlled by the city, is carried out with the support of Sobre Energy and the Edurénov program.
Results :
✅ Targeted audits on 6 schools and 1 gymnasium
✅ Work provided on VMC, roofs, frames and LED lighting

Set up an energy renovation strategy on 20 school buildings: deploy an energy management platform, identify the most energy -consuming groups and prioritize work in the short and long term.
Solution :
Sobre Energy has deployed a consumption monitoring tool, produced a global energy review, then conducted detailed audits on 8 strategic buildings to define actions classified by return on investment (<13 years) and savings potential (EEC / subsidies).

University of Lille
Problematic :
As part of the tertiary decree, the University of Lille must reduce the energy consumption of a heterogeneous park of 190 buildings (625,000 m² useful, of which more than 60 % date from before 1990) to reach –40 % by 2030 then –60 % by 2050, while mastering costs and respecting new regulatory obligations.
Solution :
Sobre Energy carried out four detailed energy audits (teaching, research, sports typologies, etc.), 3D models and dynamic thermal simulations, then structured two renovation scenarios aligned on 2030 (–40 %) and 2050 (–60 %). The funding is based on a Territorial Banking Intracting

Hérault Department
Problematic :
Carry out energy audits on the colleges of the Hérault Department in order to define scenarios in accordance with the tertiary decree, identify the economies of savings that can be used quickly and mobilize the right subsidies (EEC, other aid).
Solution :
Sobre Energy led complete audits according to standard NF in 16247: inventory, consumption assessment, work scenarios and presentation of financing solutions (EEC and subsidies), with methodology adapted to each building.

Mallemisson school group
Problematic :
The Mallemisson school group wishes to reduce its energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, improve user comfort and control costs, while meeting the requirements of the BBC Rénovation label.
Solution :
Sobre energy produced a complete energy audit: data collection, technical analysis of buildings and equipment, 3D modeling, then simulation of work scenarios. An action plan has been defined, hierarchical by return on investment and incorporating financial aid such as EEC.
Results :
✅ Identification of 3 priority short -term king actions (thermodynamic balloon, GTB, heating balancing)
✅ Definition of 3 heavy sites with longer king (exterior insulation, photovoltaic panels, singular points)
✅ Forecast of a 56 % reduction in consumption and 67 % of emissions
✅ Total net cost estimated at 460 k €, with a validated financing plan including aid and subsidies.
