Some benchmarks in the complex tertiary sector
In France, this is the share that the building sector represents in annual energy consumption
From national energy consumption comes from the tertiary sector.
come from consumption linked to heating and air conditioning.
It is on average the savings that can be made on tertiary activities, whether on the building envelope, equipment and behavior/uses of the occupants.
Did you know? Up to 15 to 20% energy savings can be made thanks to so -called "sobriety" actions

Sobre Energy accompanies you
Engine in the energy transition from tertiary buildings, we support technical teams in training and skills related to energy and change in occupants' uses and behaviors.
"This is why we needed sober energy: we cannot lead a multisite project of this magnitude without having a fine knowledge, at the building, of energy consumption. »»

La Poste group
Problematic :
Deploy an energy strategy in 10,000 Buildings of the La Poste group to reach 20 % energy savings. Identify the most energy -consuming buildings, adapt uses and plan targeted actions in a demanding budgetary and regulatory framework.
Solution :
• Establishment of energy management of all buildings, supported by a continuous measurement system.
• Pareto energy analysis to target the most consumer buildings.
• Realization of action plans on 450 buildings including audits and work bouquets, as well as specific deployments on the rest of the park to change uses.
• Creation of a multi-channel engagement kit for occupants to promote their involvement.
Results :
✅ € 6 million in savings and more than 62 m kws avoided in 2 years
✅ 196 ISO 50 001 certified buildings
✅ +9,000 energy efficiency actions deployed
✅ 1,000 buildings already in accordance with the tertiary decree

Algeco
Problematic :
Carry out an energy audit on Algeco buildings to meet the objectives of the tertiary decree: identify the relevant work scenarios, estimate possible energy savings and integrate the available funding devices.
Solution :
Sobre energy led an audit in accordance with standard NF in 16247: inventory, consumption analysis, modeling of several work trajectories, assessment of the necessary investments and financing solutions (EEC and subsidies).
Results :
Work trajectories defined according to different scenarios
Estimation of costs and return times
Proposal for a complete action plan
Kalhyge
Problematic :
Set up an energy management platform on 40 buildings to identify priority buildings, prioritize the actions to be carried out in the short and long term (eligible for grants) and support an investment plan within the framework of the tertiary decree.
Solution :
• The deployment of a tool for monitoring energy consumption and invoices
• A complete energy review of the park to target the stake buildings
• The definition of actions to king <13 years and with high potential for savings (EEC, subsidies)
• monitoring of savings made directly integrated into the tool
Results :
✅ Energy monitoring tool being deployed
✅ 5 priority buildings identified
✅ Declaration of functional entities to the tertiary decree
