Sobre Energie and Mobilians partners to support mobility companies towards energy efficiency in their buildings.
As energy prices continue to rise, Mobilians, a professional organization for mobility companies, and Sobre Energie, a consulting company for the energy transition of buildings, are joining forces to support professionals towards the energy sobriety of their buildings.
The objective is to promote among Mobilians members, sobriety and the energy transition of buildings, to facilitate, through education and support, the implementation of the regulatory approach relating to tertiary buildings*. And thus contribute to the CSR commitment of automotive distribution and services companies in France.
With 44% of final energy consumption in France, buildings represent an important lever in the energy transition. To reduce the weight of this consumption, 2022 marks the entry into force of the “Tertiary Eco Energy*” System, which sets ambitious reduction objectives by 2030.
“Automotive and mobility service companies, dealers, bodybuilders, garages, rental companies or even multi-brand automobile after-sales service companies, intend not only to comply with the regulations but even more to contribute to the necessary reduction in the energy consumption of their structures” , according to Francis Bartholomé President of Mobilians. “We are counting on the expertise of Sobre Energie to support us on this very major and complex issue. »
This partnership offers Mobilians and its members triple expertise provided by Sobre Energie:
- Expertise around the issues of the “tertiary decree” and the DDADUE law which provides for mandatory energy audits every 4 years for the buildings of large companies, in order to ensure compliance of players in the automotive services sector and mobility.
- Support for professionals to reduce the energy bill, which represents a major challenge in a context of strong tension on energy prices.
- Pedagogy to facilitate the CSR commitment of organizations towards sobriety and the energy transition, and strengthen the impact of their actions
“This collaboration allows Sobre Energie to build a specific offer in the high-stakes mobility sector as part of the low-carbon transition. » , explains Ayrald Berthod, general director of Sobre Énergie. “We are delighted to be part of the transformation of this strategic area of transition. »
This partnership will result throughout the coming months in support dedicated to Mobilians members, including a rich program of webinars:
