The use of an energy management platform meets this need.

With our data-MARC platform, you will be able to monitor the consumption of your buildings on several fluids (electricity, gas, etc.) at regular intervals, classify them by energy and climate labels, and compare them to the average for similar buildings.

For communities, the subscription to such monitoring software can be financed by the FNCCR's ACTEE 2 program.

• Do you want to quickly know which energy-intensive buildings should be taken first?

Our data-MARC platform offers a Pareto tool to easily identify buildings with energy problems, those on which priority action must be taken.

The use of connected room sensors is also useful: their data which is reported in real time on our platform makes it possible to detect consumption anomalies (e.g. a floor remains lit at night while the building is empty, the set temperature of the heating does not decrease on weekends when the site is unoccupied)

 

• Do you want decision support with scenarios on the impact and ROI of the sobriety measures envisaged, before taking action?

You need operational audits or energy audits.

Our energy managers, certified experts, carry out this service. The audit will offer you action scenarios with a projection of the expected impact of the work and the return on investment time.

Here again, good news for communities: these energy audits can be financed by the ACTEE 2 program, compatible with financing from the Green Fund for the works phase.

 

• Have you already identified energy performance actions for your sobriety plan?

Many energy performance actions are eligible for financing via the Energy Savings Certificates mechanism. Both for businesses and communities. For example, replacing lighting with LEDs or changing the boiler.
