Finance your energy projects with ACTEE+

As part of the ACTEE + fund, launched by the FNCCR , you can finance the use of a tool for monitoring your consumption or energy audits on your buildings. Funding that can be mobilized by the new CHENE fund .

This aid is part of the State's Tertiary Eco Energy Decree, which aims to reduce the energy consumption of tertiary buildings by setting objectives to be achieved by 2030, 2040 and 2050 for all buildings concerned. .

Who is eligible for this funding?

This system aims to financially and operationally support communities in their energy saving initiatives energy renovation projects for their built assets.

All public authorities can submit a financing application for their tertiary buildings (town hall, schools, sports facilities, etc.):

  • Municipalities
  • Departments
  • Regions
  • EPCI
  • Energy union

It is not obligatory, but strongly recommended, to submit the project by pooling the requesting structures within the framework of a group.

 

What actions are financed?

 

This includes, for example, the acquisition of a “consumption monitoring software tool”, such as Sobre Energie’s Data-MARC platform. But also connected room sensors to monitor the set temperature, brightness and humidity.

  • Energy studies

Energy audits are eligible for the OAK Fund (if they take into account Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) as well as summer comfort).

What amounts are available?

The subsidy rate reaches on average 50% of expenses and can even go up to 80% in the event of a bonus.

For the acquisition of a tool for monitoring and measuring energy consumption, 50% of the amount excluding tax can be covered.

This rate rises to 65% for AMO and other intellectual services

Finally, for energy or project management studies, 50% of the amount excluding tax can be financed. And even 80% with a bonus for educational establishments, supplemented by the Banque des Territoires as part of the Edurenov program .

Can the CHENE fund be combined with other aid, outside the ACTEE program? Yes, provided that the total aid does not exceed 80% of the total cost of the project.

What timetable?

Application files for the CHENE fund must be submitted before 03/11/2023.

The announcement of the winners will be made in January 2024.

It will be possible to submit a new application several times, until 2026.
